Shipping and returns

All orders will be posted within two days.
Postage information based on location:
- UK: sent 2nd class, unsigned and untracked. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery.
- Europe: sent International Standard, unsigned and untracked. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.
- North America: sent International Standard, unsigned and untracked. Please allow at least 14 days for delivery.
- Rest of World: sent International Standard, unsigned and untracked. Please allow at least 14 days for delivery.

As all receipts are emailed, hard copies will not be printed and put in the packages unless requested. This is in an effort to reduce paper waste.

If an error has occurred on our end we will process a refund.
However, we regretfully cannot refund orders or send free replacement copies if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete postal address. We will of course reach out if the package is returned undelivered to us.
